RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Sriji Vastra Shingar Sewa. Since our products are handmade deity dresses and religious items, please read our policy carefully.
No Returns on Religious/Deity Items Due to the sacred and handmade nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, we do consider requests in the following cases:
- Item received is damaged or defective
- Item received is significantly different from what was ordered
- Wrong item was delivered
📹 Video Proof Required For any refund, return, or exchange request — a clear unboxing video is mandatory. Without video proof, we will not be able to process your request. Please record your unboxing video before opening the package.
How to Request a Refund/Exchange
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

- Include your order number and clear photos + unboxing video
Wrong Size Selected by Customer If you have selected the wrong size, only an exchange is possible — no refund will be provided.
- All shipping charges (reverse pickup + re-delivery) will be borne by the customer
- ⚠️ Please check your deity's size carefully before placing the order, or whatsapp our team first — we will guide you in selecting the right size
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method
Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery
- Items without original packaging
- Sale/discounted items
- Customized orders — No return, no refund, no exchange under any circumstances
Exchange Policy Exchange is only possible in case of wrong size delivered by us or wrong size selected by customer (shipping cost to be borne by customer). Contact us within 48 hours with unboxing video.
7. International Orders
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders. Only prepaid orders will be accepted.
- All international orders are final sale — No Returns, No Refunds, No Exchanges.
- In case of a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video as proof. We will review and offer a suitable resolution (store credit/replacement) at our discretion.
- All customs duties, import taxes, and additional charges are to be borne by the customer.
- International shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
